COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I refered two friends to live in Pine Ridge apartments. There fore they need to pay $750. I have been following this issue since last december. I have been their office over than 20 times. End of the March a guy his name is Derek called me and he told me my checks' apporoved. I was supposed to be paid. unfortunatly nothing changed. I have been waitting about nine months. There is no improvement. I want my referral checks.

Landlord May 2, 2011 70.62.195.106 Mr. Saltas is eligbile for a total of $500.00 in referral fees ($250 per referral). Copies of the checks have been uploaded and Mr. Saltas has been notified that the checks are available for him. We are sorry for the delay.

Agent Apr 29, 2011 ADDRESS CORRECTION: The tenant had provided a bad address for the landlord. The street address is 2252 and not 252 as filed by the tenant. (Most likely a typo) All mailing have been corrected and addressed to the proper address.
