They charge $350 for redecorating ,even if I decorate or not damage or not it is non-refundable,$50 for utility set up ,I can set up my own utility when ever I am ready because those utility if i do not paid them they will cut them,$75 township fee ,what is that ? Worst case scrnario if said no to one of them I can not have the have the apartment ,so I sign the lease then come to for a solution.thank you for your time.

Agent Jul 10, 2011 The landlord has made it clear that the landlord that they are not willing to cooperate. The RPA has sent multiple written notices and verbal notices.

Agent Jun 28, 2011 CASE EXTENSION: The agent is providing a final week response peroid for the landlord to respond prior to this case being closed. This is the final opportunity despite repeated request.

Agent Jun 28, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
