COMPLAINT : Failure to Exterminate other apartments bed bugs, now i have bed bugs.
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. i need to be reimbursed for my bed, linens, pillows, and the time i took off work to clean my possessions, a professional extermination

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Two months ago an apartment two doors down brought a couch out of the dumpster as well as a bed into their home, they then had a bed bug infestation, the landlords way to deal with it, was have their own labor crew spray. it spread to the next apartment, those people complained, the landlord litterally told them " there is nothing we can do it is a big problem we can try and spray again if you would like" i know have bed bugs in my home, and upon calling them i was told the same thing, and if i wanted i could be put on a list to have them come spray AROUND my apartment.

Agent Jun 16, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
