COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Mold in basement, 2 large dogs in adjacent apartment penned up and continually barking day and night. Mice infested basement and bad smell. Grounds not mowed or taken care of. General negligance. No extra screens provided (one screen per window) only to cover one window on the room. Would not fix leaking kitchen faucet. or bathroom tub. No mini blinds to replace damaged ones. Bad carpet that needed replaced. Ruined stove needed replaced. Had to replace the leaking water heater myself(helped him and had to supply my own supplies) Came in without proper notice to test HVAC system.
