I am not sure where the bugs are coming from, it would be ideal if the whole building was treated. There are gaps under the doors of the units and if they live in carpet and fabric... then I'm sure they can travel through the fabric. I have seen one bug in my house, it was on my pillow.

As you know we have contracted Arrow Pest Control, Dennis Siebert, 612-272-6500 to service this apartment and the apartment building. We are forwarding the complaint to Arrow Pest Control for consideration in further service and/or inspection of you apartment as they feel necessary to resolve the pest control issue with you.
