Carpet replacement invoice doesnt have my address. My apartment address was 9122 N Lincoln DR whereas the address on the invoice is 9122 N Lincoln AVE. These two addresses are different. Please find the attached google map and the directions for these two seperate addresses.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I vacated the apartment on 04/29/11 and handed the key to the manager Todd Lang. Also before leaving the apartment the manager inspected the apartment with me and said that every thing was in good order and he would return the deposit within 30 days. On 04/29/11, I also updated my forwarding address. I did not get any response from the manager for 45 days and after repeated calls he mailed me a list of charges and damages. These charges and damages are totally absurd. The first charge is for the carpet Replacement. This is absurd because when I had moved into the apartment the carpet was old and I had rented that apartment for two years from 03/27/2009 to 04/29/2011. When I moved out the carpet was clean with no damages. Please refer the pictures. The ship to address on the invoice sent to me by the manager for the carpet replacement doesn't match our apartment address. The second charge is for the painting costs. The walls were in good condition. Please refer the pictures. Another thing I would like to bring to your notice is about the forwarding address.According to the letter from the manager dated 06/16/2011 he tried to mail us the documents on 05/25/2011 and couldn'yt reach me as he didnot have our forwarding address. This is not true because in the "Move Out statement " document dated 5/25/2011 has my forwarding address.Kindly refer to the attached document of proof.

Agent Jul 30, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
