COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Almost 2-3 weeks after I moved in, bed bugs were found in my apartment and the landlord arranged the pest extermination and charged me for that. Also they contacted my previous apartment community and told them that they have broought bed bugs, so the old apartment landlord(HEATHER RIDGE, CHARLOTTE, NC 28213) also did the pest extermination without my consent and charged me for that. I had thoroughly cleaned the old apartment before leaving and there were no bed bugs at the time, the old landlord wants to take the advantage of this situation and wants to charge money for that and they also have holded my security deposit. Now the current landlord is charging me for anything they are finding the the trash and say they have bed bugs, situation is getting worse day by day. I want to move out of this apartment as early as possible because the current apartment is not under livable conditions anymore. If I stayed in this apartment, I am worried that after few days they will come back and charge me for something else.
