COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

My landlord owns 4 homes on this block. He lives next door to me & has security camera's on his carport so he can watch his rental property which is fine. I have lived next door to him for almost 4 yrs. now. And he has always made small rude complaints which I have just kept my mouth shut. Well I have a boyfriend & we r both busy doing the wk. so we just get 2-gether on the wkends. He comes over Fri. nite & leaves Sat. morning then comes back that evening so we can get our errands done during the day. He doesn't always stay both nites but sometimes he does. He has never stayed the whole entire wkend. ever. Well I was getting into my car one day & he was outside in his yd. & said something to me. I did not here what he said, I said I was going to boot-camp & workout. He came back with," don't u get enough workout on the wkends? I didn't get what it was implying, I said no I don't workout on the wkends. He said, Oh I think u get alot of workout on the wkends. Then I got what he said. I just slammed my door & drove off. On June 24 he was walking across my yr. & I was fixin to leave again & he said" U need to read ur contract" I said why? He said, "U need to read #11. So I went back into my house & got my contract out & read # 11. Well it was about utilities so I knew that was not what he was referring to so I started from the beginning. #5 statesThere will be an additional charge of $50.00 per mon. per person for any additional occupants of fifteen days or more during this lease period. So I went over to his house & asked him about this. I told him that he only comes over on the wkends. & not every wkend. He owns his own house & doesn't have any clothes over there. He does not live there. Mr. O'connell said, Well it is wear & tear on his house. I said I am entitled to have guess over & they sit on my furniture. He said well I have had people move out because they didn't like my rules. Another problem I have had since I moved in is he coming & goes from my back yd. to the other house he owns. I have had no privacy since I moved in. The girl who lives down the street who also rents from him goes out of town alot. Well he has called her on several occasions & made comments about things in the house which lead her to believe he was going into her house. A neighbor told me when I moved in that he goes into his house's. I didn't think anything @ the time but now it worries me. I talked with a lawyer & he told me to change my locks so I did.
