COMPLAINT : didn't return all of security deposit

They itemized the charges as follows 1. replace sink drain plug $15 (there never was one to begin with) 2. burn on coutertop $50 (we cleaned thoroughly) 3. patch, texture and paint walls $40 ( there was one tiny hole from picture being hung which we patched) 3. clean out garbage disposal $25 (never used it) 4. carpet cleaning $350 ( I professionaly cleaned carpets after everything was out) 5. apartment cleaning $90 (I had my professional housekeeper clean apartment
