This landlord Should provide the services that are paid for. He ignores complainys because most of the tenants are in the country Illegally. He has Instructed the Security guards to ignore our complaints.

Renter Aug 17, 2011 166.249.129.23 Today I recieved a notice from Mr. Don Sharma informing me that my lease will not be renewed. I feel that this is retaliation because I have filed a complaint not only with the Renta Protecyion agency, but also with the city of Oak Forest in Illinois. I have been told by the manager of the complex that I am one of the few tenants who follow all the rules of the lease. Myy rent has never been late , I have never had any Complaints and my apt is probably the best kept and cleanest in the building. Mr. Sharma wants no complaints. He does not provide the Services that are paid for by the renters.

Agent Sep 9, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
