COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have getting bitten and itching for a week now. It took me a while to figure out what the problem was, but as soon as I did, I informed my landlord. She said that she would call an exterminator, but the expense would be mine. I cannot afford such an expense, and if this issue is not resolved by her through the use of a professional exterminator, then I would at least like to move without incurring early termination fees.

Agent Aug 22, 2011 LANDLORD RESPONSE: The landlord has emailed the agent and stated the following: Our tenant was given a number of an exterminator to confirm if he had bed bugs, fleas, or spiders. The tenant never made an appointment with the exterminator. On Friday August 19,2011 at 12:00 pm, I accompanied a professional exterminator to inspect the apartment. The exterminator found no evidence of any bed bugs, spiders or fleas. The tenant was notified of the results on the same day. We will cover the cost of the inspection.
