This is the first notification the landlord sent to me after 8 days of waiting. They asked me to pay 1000.00$ so that they will schedule extrmination. Later on, the told me they changed their policy and they wanted me to move out and then pay the 1000.00$

This is the vactation notice they just asked em to sighn today. They told me that this is a new policy at Eagle creek apartment complx. When we find bed bugs. You should move out and theyn we charge you for the extrimation (1000.00$). Even though I am the one who reported the bed bugs. I just renewed my lease 3 months ago. And I been living in the aprtment for one year and three months, and my apartment have never checked for pests control recently.

This the bugs report in the building unit I live in ( 6 apartments with single shared wasgher and dryer ). The found bed fugs in 3 aprtments after few minutes inspection. And I doubt that they check the rest of apartments because I was there. Furthermore, one of the aprtment is already empty.

  1. Get my aprtment treated from bed bugs by the landlord and not moving out.

I discovered bed bugs in my aprtment. I reported it to the landlord. They told me that you need to move out, then we will charge your account 1000.00 for teh treatment after you move out.

Agent Oct 7, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
