COMPLAINT : Landload asking me to pay the amount to treat the the bed bugs ($970)
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Don't want to pay for the bed bug treatment cost again as i already payed once.
  2. Reimburse for RPA fees

When i first moved to the apartment 2.5 years back, after a month or so,i complianed about the bed bugs and landlord treated apartment for which i payed around $250( but the letter ig ot today says just $75).Yester day i moved to another apartment(8/21/2011) with the same land lord and the Landlord is sayign, they found the bed bugs after i moved out and i should pay for that bed bugs treatment .As i moved to another building with the same Landlord, they say that they are going to inspect the new apartment and charge me for that aparment's bug treatment as well if they found any bugs in that.

Landlord has attempted to upload supporting documentation and all invoices in reference to requested amount due by resident but this website is not allowing file to be uploaded. However, if we are to resolve this complaint through mediation, we will need to find a fair solution that both parties can agree on. The agent is asking that both parties reconsider their stances and offer a solution that will be fair to all involded.
