COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
The landlord who is in the Real Estate Business and knows the severity of Bed bug infestations refused to hire a professional to exterminate sighting that he wasn't confident that anything others did would work. He had a regimen of having residence bomb their rooms every Monday thinking that would work. It did not and but he continued to have residence bomb. The bed bug problem got extremely worse and traveled through out the group house. The house manager, had complained for two months and there were some people who pitched tents outside to sleep. Even after I had gotten an exterminator to come and do an estimate (BBB company with no complaints) and provided the Landlord with two other companies who are willing to come to the residence and give estimates we do not trust the landlord to deal with the situation because of other things he has said he will take care of but hasn't. He continues to rent to other people and not disclose the bed bug problem.
