COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

June 10, 8:40pm: Debbie came to house and told us we had no right to ask other tenant if we could use his lawn mower. We informed her it was not her decision or right to interfere with our business with the other tenants. The lawnmower belongs to the tenant??s mother, and he gave us permission to use it. June 21, 7:45pm: Paul came to house and accused us of entering Apartment B without permission, and leaving kid toys on sidewalk. We informed him we did not enter apartment B. The incident he referred to was when the tenant was injured in a car accident and a delivery driver came to the door with food. We knocked, called his name, no answer. The delivery driver, who is a friend of theirs, opened the door slightly and called his name. The other tenant came around the corner and George closing the door. The toy issue was relayed to Paul as ??the toys are picked up every night and put on the porch. We just ran in the house to have dinner, then she was going back out to play before bed June 22, 9:30am Debbie came to house and started screaming, threatening me. This was about something put on the internet with Yahoo Answers. I was threatened with jail, for slander, eviction, a cps investigation, and she did state that ??if you keep your shit up you will be sorry you ever rented from us August 1, 8:45am Debbie came to house demanding rent money, which is not due until the 3rd. She stated that ??Paul will decide whether he will be evicting you this month or next month? Also, a false report was made to cps by Debbie. August 17, 5:10pm A friend (also a rental reference) called me and told me that Debbie had called him today and slandered us. He told me this was totally inappropriate and unlawful. August 17, 9pm Paul came to house. Got out of his car, yelled at our daughter to leave our dog alone. He then pushed her to the ground, then came across the lawn and proceeding to scream and curse at us. His excuse was he came by to inspect the roof job. At 9pm? Without a flashlight or ladder? Without ever looking up? The reason for his visit does not make sense with his actions. He was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of Child and a temp order of protection was placed for my daughter and myself.
