The landlord billed me for 10 months of electricity, the lease clearly states that I am responsible for monthly electricity so I expected a monthly bill. I called him twice to ask for a bill, once in November and once in February. His excuse is that he was busy getting married, but I dont think that I should be penalized by the fact that he did not get the billing out to me. He also blammed the association by saying that they did not provide him with monthly statements.

Agent Oct 17, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
