COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I was living with my friend in the apartment. it was a 6 months lease montly $1575 pluse I pay utility. After 6 month when I moved out they charged $1000.00 for cleaning the apartment. I predict the carpen and bathroom cleaning could be $50-$100. When I contacted with debbie the manager and atif the assistant. They told they replaced the counter top. It was absolutely not needed, because it was new, I live only 6 months there. They refused to retrun $1000 that I paid extra after I moved out on July 31 2011. The manager is fraudulantly took money from me. Initiallay they also refused to return my deposit but I had to work hard to get some of my deposit back. But still they are holding $1000.
