Rental invoice showing additional charges in question. (ie. "domestic hotwater" - water is included in rent "space heating" - I paid PSNH directly for electric "base energy" - I assume this is for "gas usage" although landlord would not verify plus landlord charged me an additional $96.72 on March 17, 2011 when I told her I was moving out. She told me that was for "gas usage". I paid her that amount and asked her to send me a receipt in the mail. She never did.

Advertisement advertisement / showing Utilities - Water Indluded (althought a "Domestic Hotwater" charge is on the monthly rent invoice). Resident pays Electirc (although there is a "Space Heating" charge on every monthly rent invoice. Resident Pays "Gas" (I asked for a printout showing the "Gas Usage" for the period of time I was living in the apartment but Landlord would not provide one>

On August 15, 2011 - I went to the Landlord's office (because she would not respond to emails). She stated that she would call the court to find out the status of the eviction paperwork she had submitted. On Sept 13, 2011 I emailed the landlord again to find out the status of the eviction and if the co-tenant and room mates were still living in the apartment but the landlord never responded

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Landlord will not respond to emails or fax regarding the status of Co-tenant allowing her boyfriend and his son to move into a one bedroom apartment and they have not paid rent since April 2011. During my sit down with landlord on March 17 and August 15, 2011 - I explained the situation with landord and I have move out of the ( over croweded apartment). Landlord will not let me break the lease and told me I was responsible for past due rent because I signed the lease and Co-tenant stills occupies the apartment. Also, landlord will not respond to my request for an explaination on extra charges showing on the monthly rent invoice (ie, base energy, domestic hotwater, space heating).I was told water is included in the rent and I paid for all electric charges directly to PSNH. Landlord also asked me to pay an additional $96.72 on March 17, 2011 for "Gas Usage"

Agent Nov 12, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
