COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have been renting an apartment for more than one year. After signing a new lease for the second year I found the bed bugs in my apartment (in a couple weeks after signing). I have complained about this situation to my manager and they tried to fix the problem. But, after two month of terrible life and three helpless treatments nothing changed. I still had bed bugs. So, I decided to move out, but management asserted that I have to pay them early termination fee for breaking the lease ?? extra month (730$). I feel myself rather as a victim so why should I pay money? And I know that the building is infested with these insects ?? a few neighbors said that they know that this building is infested and bed bugs were seen in the laundry and in the corridors. Also landlord does not warn people who move in that the building is infested. When I was moving out I left the furniture in order to not spread the bed bugs infestation to my new apartment. I moved out on October 1, 2011 and on October 8, 2011 I received a Move-out Statement where ??their calculations? show that I owe 390$ to them. Also they charged me for the furniture removing. This is not my fault or problem. I would like to prove that I am right and also I would like to have my deposit $500 back. Please help me to resolve the problem.
