COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

There has been an outbreak of bed bugs in the community up here at Katherine Heights but we were never informed. One lady up here is dealing with this right now and the management told her that they are having this problem a lot up here but they are insisting that the tenants pay for the exterminator that they have a contract with who only uses chemical solution. The research i have done says that the best way to get rid of bed bugs is through the heat solution because its the only way to kill both bug and eggs and can reach anywhere they can hide; the chemical solution can not do that and requires multiple treatments and also that you to vacate for up to 3 days at a time. The problem is that it is not our fault that bed bugs are here.
