COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I paid my lease up in full when i signed. I asked for a copy that day and ten times after that day. Every time i asked Ray gave me a new excuse. So I certified letters to Ray Gorrell and the silent co- owner, W.M. Schwall asking for a copy of my lease again, and re- informing them both of repairs that needed to be addressed and a complaint about another tenant. I recived the delivery notice saying they signed for the letters. I still have not recived a copy of my lease and the repairs have not been adressed nor the complaint about the other tenant. I wake up every single morning with a text from Ray, blaming me for a problem on the property. I have never been the culprit. Ray has threatened to call my new Apartment complex and lie to them as to prevent me from getting accepted. I have recently discoverd that I have a rat problem, being right next to the river i can understand it. When I notified Ray about it he responded with, "Go to ACE and buy spray". I did. He did not reimburse me. I still have rats.

Renter Oct 17, 2011 68.53.192.187 As well, after I recived the delivery notice of the certified letters i have not recived a single peice of mail. Even after I sent, and tracked, my self a letter. I checked with the post office and they said everything was being delivered as normal. My mail is being taken out of my box. I have seen Ray taking mail out of boxes but did not think anyhthing of it at the time.

Agent Nov 12, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
