COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have contacted manager in regards to loud neighbors at apartment 1044. This began late 2010 before we were about to renew our lease. I notified leasing office of issue and they never resolved the issue. Neighbors began having loud parties every other day. There was and sometimes sill is loud music, banging against walls and loud voices and screaming. I had to contact the police department more than 5 times. Police department agreed that music was too loud and even fined the tenants. They also let me know that their apartment was completely trashed and that if I told the manager the condition of fthe apartment that they would have enough to evict the tenants. They said that they could keep coming over but that there was nothing they could do and that the landord should help me with the situation. I informed the leasing office off this but all that was done is that one of the tenants moved to another apartment directly infront of 1044. Music still continues every day. I have called the leasing office and spoken to the manager twice in the last week. Manager Crystal said she had walked by their apartment on one of the ocassions i had complained and had heard nothing so she told them nothing. I told her music was still playing and that she could come hear. She came to my apartment and heard music but according to her she could hear the music and hear the base but said and i quote "everyone has diferent taste in music". She said she'd talk to them but I do not know if she did. This was just last week. Today as we speak im listening to the neighbors playhing their loud music again.
