COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Tenant was rented an unihabital house. Tenant is disabled. Disabled tenant made numerous repairs an purchased materials. The landlord refused to reapir open sewage line. Roof is leaking damaging furniture and clothing to tenant. Cheminey was stopped up and carbon dioxide wxhause was coming fron the hot water heater. Air conditioner failed and tenant was subjected to temperatures above 80 degrees for at least two weeks. Tenant was exposed to cold and and moisture temperatures because furnace would not light because of cheminey being stopped up. Tenant had to call Board of Health because house was making him sick. Landlord threatened to evict tenant if he called the Board of Health. 1 Hour after landlord recieved violations from Board of Health they immediately handed the tenant a termination of tenancy. They terminated the tenant during the time his rent was paid. They knew the tanant is disabled and allowed him to make the home handicap accessible 4 and a half years ago. Since that time the landlords have pretended that they did not know the tenat was disabled and denied any repairs. C
