| COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
|
Neighbor in unit # 626 next to us in 624D has been excessively pounding on our walls for months whenever we talk, walk, turn on our computers, or even watch tv. The previous residents of 624D were a woman and a child who was forced to moved due to her intimidation and pounding on the walls. The police have been called on both sides and nothing can be resolved. I wish to prepare for court proceedings if nothing can be resolved, and want this petition copied back in preperation for such. Believe it or not most of the pounding is during the day, such as Sunday Football, or even us talking in the bedroom. My son who drove from Jacksonville, Fl to visit us, as he pulled into a guest parking spot, this resident of #626 also pulled in at the same time and blew her horn as she grew inpatient for him to open his door. This neighor is both unreasonable, irritiable, short tempered, and very questionable as far as "Health Department Issues"! She has severly affected our quality of life, raised our stress when we return home to even tak, walk, or live reasonable lives as human beings. She also yelled at my son Jeff for starting his car one morning to go to work. She is out of control, excessive in her tempers, and something must be done with this extreme case of what appears to be insanity. We also are aware of her water being turned off due to not paying bills, and noticed her gathering buckets of rain water when it rained. We also have never noticed any garbage disposal and fear she may be a hoarder, and gathering insects next to us. Please help us resolve this issue so as not to force us to move also for peace of mind. The Police can do nothing, please help us.
