COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We rent the unit on the 17th of October 2011. Moved in last week of the October 2011. We identified bedbugs issue in the kitchen and living room. Tried to use anti insect but it didn't work. Notified the landlord by the second week of November. Identified wounds and skin itching on me and my wife. My wife is having emotional and mental distress from the issue and refusing to move back to the new rented apartment. We are seeking to terminate the lease, refund of the rent, and proper compensations for our belongings.
