COMPLAINT : without furance/heat for over a month. Home has visible mold.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

landlord has been informed of problem on several occasions. landlord made it aware to me that he knew of the mold problem prior to rent to me. landlord use unlicensed individuals to attempt to fix the problems. No work orders left stating that problem has been resolved or professional where used. When he would get individuals for the furnace/heat problem, the furnace would work for 30m-1 day and then there is no heat. I withheld rent into problem is fixed. I called 311 and filed a report but no one has come to inspect. I have become ill due to the mold problem which is in the drywall and visible on furniture and silverware. I have been served to appear in court because of failure to pay him rent. My furance is still not fixed and mold is still in the home pending the court date.
