COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The heat has hardly been on at the apartment complex all of this winter. If we are lucky we get heat for an hour or so and then it goes out for days. I complained to the super attendant, she showed me her own electric heater at her apartment because her children cannot be without heat. I called the office and left a message on the evening of Wedesday December 7th. The heat came on the next day for an hour or two then went out has not been back since. I spoke to the super attendant again who told me she does not know what to do. I asked to let them know that I am filling this complaint. My cold sores are growing larger and larger and the cold is getting to be unbearable.
