COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

House had not been professionally cleaned. Phoproperty manager insisting that the property had been cleaned. Photos are available to prove otherwise. There was 10 years of dirt. Landlord is unwaware of the real situation. I had made two requests to have house inspected, not done. I have made two requests to make landlord aware of the situation, not sure if that was done. I consider this a breach of contract.
