  3. Ceasing to threaten eviction based on unfounded claims confirmed by police during unnecessary calls for "disorderly & domestic disturbance".
  4. An outstanding maintenance order be completed so to eliminate loud sound issue.

The tenants of 6900 Shenandoah Drive #10 of Florence, KY 41042 are more than willing to send a letter of sinere apology to the landlord/office for the inconvenience of this matter, as we hope to continue to be long-term tenents in excellent standing with the landlord and community. We greatly appreciate the management policies, which are why we chose the environment of this community, and we want nothing more to be compliant with any request made by Walnut Creek Apartments.
