COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

There was some damage to the bathroom floor which we conceded was partially our fault and partially faulty installation. We offered to repair the damage before moving out and the landlord refused. We then asked for the remainder of our deposit and an itemized list and any applicable receipts. She again refused. Mississippi state law requires the refund and itemized list and receipts within 45 days. We have pictures and written proof of discussions and home condition.
