on oct 7 2011 i was supposed to move in to sagebrook appartments on vegas dr in las vegas. I was shown a model but never the specific unit i was going to rent. On arival in into the unit i noticed german cockroach's in periodic spots throughout the residents and this was in the daylight were you wouldnt normally see them,wich only means at night will be worse so i contacted julio right away at the front office of sagebrook app,i was told wednesday they would have a bug man come in and bomb the unit with a chemical so i was told the unit should be empty so i waited a couple days to start moving in with no compensation from the managment that i still as of the 8th of oct.2011 have yet to move into my unit after three days i returned to the unit to move a couch t.v. and dresser in because i had to have tv,to get my cable hooked up. that same night i tried to stay there about 9:30 bugs started to come out of the sinks,walls,floors and vents.That is when i left again and called julio for the second time about the bugs he told me they would bomb again on wednesday i waitait with no place to live again for three days this time when i returned to my unit doors were taking off the hinges and not replaced along with my window screens and the unit had an awfull chemical smell I could not believe they left my unit like that when i called and told julio he claimed to not know why my doors would be off the hinges i just didnt feel safe and there were still bugs so i wrote a letter stating i wanted to terminate my lease do to the bugs i was told i could not and my letter was never answered back so i turned my keys in and left my unit. now they are trying to put a 3000 dollar bill on my credit for breech of my contract i will also be calling the health department and the city until this issue is resolved it is not safe to live in filth.
