COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I signed the lease at the beginning of April, but didn't actually move my stuff in or start sleeping at the apartment until April 18th (Wednesday). I started noticing bites on me Sunday morning (4/22) and saw a few of the bed bugs, on the baseboards and around my bed. I moved in from another apartment where we never had a bed bug problem. I am not interested at staying at the apartment after the landlord has taken care of the problem. I would like my deposit refunded and to be done with it.
