I had a severe skin reaction that had boils appear on my skin. I then went into see a dermatologist that took biopsies and confirmed it was a result of bed bugs. I went to the apartment management office today 5/24/12 to report the issue and express concerns of it spreading to other units and how to get rid of it. I was told any expense to eleminate the problem would be mine and that bed bugs do not generally spread to other units. There is alot of conflicting information out there as far as how to eleminate this problem and who is responsible. I just expected more support and information then I recieved with this issue.
