COMPLAINT : Bed Bugs found, I am being billed solely.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have been told by numerous friends living in the complex that there have been bed bugs found in multiple buildings. Management will not disclose whether or not there were any found in neighboring apartments. They have not disclosed whether or not I am the first tenant to ever have bed bugs in this building. The $950 dollars they are charging me is vital to feeding my son of 18 months, for whom I fear, and that I have joint custody of. Being bed bugs, I am seeking relief under applicable law stating these pests are parasites and that not only is it impossible to prove who brought them, but that as such the complex is responsible for keeping parasites out of my dwelling as relates to the breach of implied warranty of habitability clause in tenant's rights. I implore you to please help me find the answer, as they have scheduled a heat treatment on Saturday, May 2nd.
