COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The landlord had the plumbing set up so that the sewage backup was draining into my washing machine. I have been washing my clothes in sewage infested water for over two years. After three months of not fixing the washing machine, a service came to remove it, only to find six inches of standing sewage in the machine, which spewed onto the basement floor and the fumes throughout the house in the attempt to remove it. I am being forced out of this house earlier than expected, and refuse to pay rent on a place that is hazaardous to my health.
