COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I had a deposit refund of $408 due. Upon inspection, the landlord stated that it was going to cost $300 to have someone clean the house. I left the house spotless. His points were all cosmetic cleaning issues. The entire house could easily be cleaned in 4 hours. Which would be a $60 cleaning bill. So far, he has sent me a refund of $105. He has not sent me the $300 cleaning bill as agreed, saying that he has not received the bill. I moved out of the house on 5/28. It is now 6/27.
