COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The women below me frequently complains about noise from my apartment. To satisfy her I have not played music in my apartment for over a year. I do have the TV on nightly. I have to play it a little louder when my girlfriend is over because she is little hard of hearing. Last night the TV was off and I was engaging in sexual intercourse with my girlfriend, around 10:30pm. I received a polite message from the landlord this afternoon to watch the noise levels and a nasty note from the lady below me. I am sorry but I will not fore go sexual activities all together in this case to make APT 9 happy. I have received no other complaints from any other tenants. After the previous complaints I feel that Apt 9 is just out to harass me and I do not appreciate this harassment. I am making this case so that I do not get evicted, for engaging in normal human activity.
