Moved in March 1st; toddler who requires nebulizer was sick/coughing all spring and acquired pneumonia. Allergist inquired about mold in home. Spoke to landlord who provided mold test which tested positive; nothing was done. We were told that they would research this on the internet.
Saw dr beginning of June for unexplained rash and again in July; they were unsure of cause. On July 15th we discovered bedbugs in mainfloor bedroom & called landlord. We have not stayed at the house since as we have a toddler and preemie who was just released from hospital yesterday. We have been told that we infested the house. We lived in an apartment complex for almost a year prior to this that is regularly exterminated and we have no problems. On Monday we were told by Clark Properties that they would "spray" the house and on Tuesday they told us its our problem as we infested the house. We have no money to move as our child was born 6 weeks early on June 20th and was just released from the hospital yesterday.
