I looked at the photos that was on your site. They neglected to post this photo . I also attached a letter to them from the manager Beth Keller and I also attached a document from Pest Masters themselves.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I received a mail from Karen Hockett dated July 18, 2012 stating that there is was an inspection on 06-20-2012 and 06-25-2012 and the pest masters found bed bugs in our apartment. This inspection was done in my absence. As per the mail, there is a charge of $750 for the cleaning. So, to check with the management, I visited the leasing office and met Karen - Assistant Community Director. I tried to convey her that there are no bed bugs in my apartment, but she told me that the inspection has been done by the third party and we need to pay it and there is no negotiating about it. So, I asked for the evidence and she could NOT produce it. She is just insisting that the apartment is indeed infested with bed bugs. However, we find it surprising that we are living in this apartment from past 1 month after the supposed inspection took place without any discomfort what so ever. Further more, there are even no beds in the apartment. The mail says that the treatment is on July 31, which we do not want to happen, since this is an unnecessary and forced upon us. They have also provided a preparation list which if we do not follow, will incur to $100 extra. I am apprehensive that once RPA sends the notice, the landlord could actually produce a fake evidence by coming to our apartment in my absence, which is what exactly happened on 06/20. So summarize, we are being charged for something that is non-existent. We request you to take our case forward at earliest convenience.

From Date IP Address Response
Renter Aug 26, 2012 24.125.3.117 Sorry for the delayed response. In response to the landlord, I did not neglect the photo. I guess landlord is misleading. The case was filed on 23-Aug, the pics were uploaded on 25-Aug. The pic which is uploaded by landlord is dated on 30-Aug. How can this happen. Now, to give a background on this. We clearly mentioned landlord not to enter the apartment in our absence, but landlord neglected this and despite of this, they entered into apartment and took this photo. I have emails clearly stating not to enter the apartment. Also, I looked at the report from pestmasters, and it clearly says that they did not any live bed bug and its just an recommendation for the treatment.
