COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
Since the end of April, beginning of May tenants in apartment 108 have been experiencing bug bites. The thought was that the bites were mosqutio bites. In mid-June Brad started experiencing the bites. Still thought they were mosqutio bites. About the end of July our five year old started complaining of itching, discovered when stripping the beds to clean the linens there were red spots all over the bedding. Contacted the apartment about the problem, were told it was our fault we brought them in. We lived here for over a year and never had one bug problem, then when the neighbors up stairs moved out and their carpet was removed in April we started having the problem. I know they removed the carpet because i called up front to complain about the noise because I was studying for college and could not concentrate because of the noise. We have three small children and need this taken care of. We feel because we did not compalin and seek legal action about the maintenance man who stayed in the apartment while Amanda was in the shower and then when the job was done he proceeded to yelled to her through her bedroom door while she was trapped in the bathroom, the apartment complex should pay for this problem, or legal will be taken against the apartment for the maintenance man and his behavior.
