We are continuing to suffer from the bedbug infestation that occurred in zach harpers rental property requiring the disposal of furniture and the danger that bed bugs will move with us to new residence

Explanation: As i stated early you are responsible for the loss of our furniture. if I take this to court I will go for the full amount allowed in small claims which is 15,000 dollars. I think you will agree 6500 is very reseanable.

Renter Aug 25, 2012 69.171.160.150 you may have sold the house zach but you are for are responsible for our things being infested. the new owner wants us out. so that makes you responsible to spray the new place as well. the furniture that i'm asking you to replace is not the entire house just the main pieces. you have already admitted resposiblity for the infestation by paying for extermination so your response is not accurate. I'm trying to be reasonable. I'm sure we can come to an agreement without going to court.
