COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

My lease for the apartment started 08/15/2012. I picked up the keys and moved in on August 20th. The unit was pre-furnished with a couch, armchair, reading lamp, small table with two chairs, and bed and box frame. After moving what I had in my vehicle into the apartment I looked more closely at the furniture. From the entryway to the bedroom I could see numerous black stains on the black mattress, as well as a number of bugs crawling around on it. After looking closer, I realized they we probably bed bugs. There was a very large number on the bed, remains smeared on the wall behind the bed, on the floor, on the couch in the other room, and on the living room wall.
