Well the apartment got bed bugs , when I first told them about it they said oh we will send the pest control on monday later on that monday i found out that i am suppose to pay the full treatment, when i never got a contract copy nor in my language in Spanish a copy of it!
I did got into a agrement to pay 400 but later they came up with a highter charge than i didnt like it and told her that if she gave the keys to the pest control hat she would have to pay for it, because i am not gonna pay fot it!
I been living 2 years in this apartment complex and for them to have a contract with the pest control and try to charge me for the pest control when i dont even have no deal or contract with the pest control. I talked with so many people about it and they have told me that is not far because first of all i never got a copy of my renew contract of 2011 and on my contract of 2010 doesnt say anything about that i have to pay for pest control.
I only speak spanish but i have a translator that he was telling me that i was suppose to get a copy of my control of 2011 in spanish witch i didnt get it in Spanish nor in English.
Last time I told them that i was not giving the pest control permission to go to my apartment , and then the apartment manager CYNTIA told me that she was gonna give them the key to enter my apartment, so I told her if you give them permission you will pay for it .
Now they want me to pay for it., when i wold her that i wasnt giving permission nor I was gonna pay for it!
Before all of this she said that if i dont pay for the pest control, that they were gonna break my lease and when I said that i want gonna pay why she didnt do the process of breaking my contract because i am not gonna pay and is not far I dont have to money and they want me to pay something that I didnt do . plus my apartment is not infected it was onl;y like 3 bed bugs but still is not like i was hidden them from them or some!
