I rented the apartment at "806 Warren St, Apt B, Willow Grove, PA 19090" from June 2010 to June 2012. I returned the keys and provided the landlord my forwarding address on 6/30/2012 and again via certified mail on 8/22/2012 but I have not heard back from Mr Roth.Until 3 weeks ago I was able to reach him on the phone but since then he has not been responding to my phone call, voice messages and certified letters. He did pick up the phone once when I called him from a new number, but now he is completely unreachable. I would like him to refund my security deposit of $1000 in full or send me the list of damages to his apartment minus the security deposit.
