COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Landlord refuses to return deposit. According to him I "wrecked" the place. It is completely false, he will not provide any pictures or invoices. And told me I should just walk away from the deposit. Deposit amount was $1890.00. No damage was done to apartment, just needed paint and carpet cleaning. Carpet was only a year old.
