My daughter and I woke Friday morning September 7th with bites, was able to catch a bug and save it in baggy, informed management office that day, two men from Prevail Pest Control entered our home same day and took baggy with bug and said we would receive a packet and clean out kit from Timberlake. Waited three days for packet and kit, finally received two pages of instructions of how to clean and prepare for extermination, and was told via paper and Timberlake office that they would not pay for the treatment. I went to the office today Tuesday September 11th, and pointed out to them in the lease where it states word for word that they are responsible for the extermination. The leasing person that is handling this, Amy, told me she hasn't had time to speak with the property manager about how they will handle this. When I asked if I could speak with the property manager I was told she was on property but unavailable. I have made several calls, and have been ignored.
