Tenant is aware she signed their policy at time of rental. At time of signing was very unaware of how poorly Erickson would be as a property manager. Tenant wants to be sure no fees are charged, in writing , due to they not following thru with what they say, and then rent will be paid in the amount $ 1091.13 including taxes.

I responded to her with this email. as of right now, no answer how been given. She implies owner, but I know she is owner of company, and if she is referring to property owner, he may not know about their mistake, only aware that I am not paying the rent and am late with it. He needs to be told whole story, both sides.

COMPLAINT : Repair Issues, Poor Customer Service
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Using my deposit for last months rent, due to lack of communication within this poorly run company,
  2. And a letter of recommendation, for renting . as stated in Brett's email
  3. Tenant is willing to pay rent in full, if in writing, no fees charged.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

This property management company, Erickson Realty Group, llc, lack of customer service, caused concerns over renting another year at this location, due to how long they take to respond to phone calls, emails and getting things repaired in a timely manner. ie: Dishwasher 2 months to replace, Communication within this company doesn't seem to exist Ie: request for renter to be given information on paying the new month's rent online using company system ie: response time by office 7 days, 11 days into the new month. Rent according to them, was late, renter was to hurry up and pay, once a response was finally recieved. Renter had requested information before end of previous month, making several attempts to contact Brett Erickson, the property manager. Response time was done in the morning hours of final day of rent without late fees occurring which he requested his office to supply renter with information, renter even contacted him again later in day, as deadline time drew near. No response was given to renter by either himself or office personnel, until rent was late by 11 days.

Renter Oct 15, 2012 68.3.235.177 1.Tenant called on Oct 15th in morning, as certified letter states for amount to pay to Erickson to bring account to date, no response was done by Erickson, voice mail was left asking them to call, also sent email to them, authorizing due to their company mistake, using my deposit to cover Oct rent, with no additional fees, since it was their lack of customer service that caused this issue, again no response from either party, who received email.
