COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Apt supposedly exterminated; roaches everywhere; reported leak under the kitchen sink, had to put large towels in the cabinet under the sink; bi-fold door not replaced in the kitchen; on the day before the May 18, 2012 move-in, carpets were supposedly cleaned and were still damp to the touch; soon after a mildew smell permeated throughout the apt; a short time later, the original large stain spots began appearing on the carpets throughout the apt. Probably from the stained carpet pads; master bedroom closet doors were supposedly ordered in June and still not installed; hook up for a washer is protruding out of the wall in the small kitchen; dryer hook up is visibly in sight in the small kitchen and sometimes emits warm or hot air; no ceiling fans; listed amenities of swimming pool (empty and appears to have been that way for several years); no state of the art fitness center on the property. Have sent fax to the leasing office; service requests, and certified (signature required) correspondence to leasing office and home office (Landmark Residential). It is now six months later and still no response from either.

The RPA has taken all reasonable efforts to contact the Landlord / Manager. They have REFUSED all request and will require FORCE. This case is closed with a negative disposition.
