I was wrongfully charged an additional $328 after I moved out of the apartment after staying for 6 years. On the day of the move out, had called in the leasing office to let them know that I was stuck at work and if I could drop off the keys later in the evening (7.00 PM) or early in the morning next day. Was verbally told that it was ok to drop off next day and when my wife went to drop off the keys at 9.00 AM, was told were late by a day. Also had the apartment professionally cleaned and was charged additional cleaning fees and likewise for the carpet.
