Renter Nov 15, 2012 131.216.14.1 1.Attended the meeting at Nevada Real Estate Corp with Connie. Connie and I reviewed the pictures and discussed considerations for wear and tear within the 25 month rental period. The only deduction was for the garage oil stain that I agreed to take responsibility for. I agreed with the revised security deposit transmittal that was presented by Connie. She gave me the deposit refund less the oil stain deduction. The refund was in the amount of $1730, which included the security deposit of $1250 and $600 for 2 pets. All parties are satisfied and remain in good terms.
